Three people were transported by Acadian Ambulance for treatment of minor injuries after a two-vehicle accident on Northwest Boulevard Tuesday at about 11:30 a.m. According to early police reports, a Buick LaSabre and Chevrolet pickup were both northbound when the truck attempted to make a left turn from the right lane in the path of the car. The accident occurred in front of the Northwest Boulevard Truck Stop. The driver of the Buick and two passengers in that vehicle were transported to Franklin Foundation Hospital, police said. Additional details were unavailable this morning.
