One person was transported to Franklin Foundation Hospital with minor injuries after a vehicle collision at Chatsworth Road and Northwest Boulevard Monday at about 2:30 p.m. Franklin Police say the driver of the white pickup stopped at the intersection, headed west, but the driver of the gray vehicle failed to stop as it crossed the intersection heading north and hit the white truck. The driver of the white truck was transported and released from Franklin Foundation Hospital with minor injuries. The other driver refused treatment. He was charged with careless operation and expired driver's license. Further details were unavailable this morning.
